So a guy i know brings his bike to my house for me to work on.

Him and his brother tried to replace the one way by them selves.....

they tried to wedge a BFH between the footpeg and the flywheel so that it didnt turn when they tried to torque it back down.

well they gouged the ever living fuck out of the flywheel and bent the crank in the process.

barkers performance makes a crank protector that slides over the treads so u dont mess them up pulling the flywheel off, i think it cost ten bucks its worth every penny

Yes... It tends to come off there pretty dramatically. I thought i broke something the first time i did it.

haha the last time i did it to mine the damn thing came off so hard it jumped out of my hand and i broke my roc puller. jajajajajajajajaja
