Default My little 81hp trailbike graph enclosed

795cc
WK 54TB
Barker stage 2 head
+2 ferrea's
Beehive springs
Barker cam
12:5.1 JE piston
Barker Balanced crank
Gigot Slingshot Lockout clutch
PC3
Dynatek nonprogrammable

I need some improvement in a couple of area's such as cleaning the head a little bit, changing the ignition, adding a second fuel injection and PC3, changing my intake tube to a cone shape (<DL700), and a couple of other small knickknacks I'm not going to disclose at this time. I don't see why I can't be hitting over 90hp with what I have cc wise. I would love to stack an Racers Edge 3 or Barker 3 on her to see whats up or even a BIG KDS head. John? Tim? One of you guys up for it? I've got a badass dyno guy (DynoMike), a badass build buddy(Tonto13), and a badass tech support guy (Troywcc).

Yeah Chris I'm going to stay were I'm at too. No more jugs or cranks. She's already a monster on the trails and I haven't heard of any other 795's out there rock'n. . I've got a few more things I want to do like intake, ignition from plug up, and maybe degree'n the cam in. I might change the head to a bigger one just depends on what kind of results I get when I swap troys head over on top of my jug to see what kind of gains we can come up with. I would love to see a 5+hp gain just from a head swap. If I can figure out how to sell one of my kids, I'd get a Barker 3 and throw it on her. I know Kenny has some huge head and cam he's working on and hopefully we can get his hillbilly ass to the Rally next year, at least he told me he was going to go. Alright back to the drawing board, I need 8.71 more ponies before the head swap.. only difference between me and everybody else...I'm gonna do it gangsta style.

Keep me posted on your build, I'm super interested on where you got 60tq from. I would love to say it came from the RJ cam, but the only thing that would support that would've been Aaron's bike and unfortunately he wanted to keep his a secret... still have no idea why. Kenny's BIG cam is gonna be money.

It was less about keeping a secret and more about not having $$$ available and also wanting to get the bike as good as I can get it before publishing graphs on it. As much as kenny, Troy, DL and others have helped me through this build, I want to be sure and have everything in order before stapping it to a dyno and publishing results.

Sounds like I'll be at Advantage tuning on Sunday to test and tune, hopefully we'll get a graph to post up (with run time data).

Your a gay hippie. I would love to see your curve against Alkire's and NaturalRaptor's. Matt's(NR) was suuuper crisp too and he had a Racers Edge stage 1 on her. After you get her on the dyno, we'll know where she needs help.... as if she really needs any. I'm still going to stick with saying it's (Colorado700r) the smoothest/crispest bike I've been on.
