Itp Customer Support ( please move this post to mods, I screwed up)

Bought a set of itp gncc's for the rappy, had them mounted up and I took off to Turkey Bay to ride. When I got there I realized one of my rear tires had some slits right next to where the tire is moulded together. Well needless to say I wasn't going to not ride after driving three hours, not 30 minutes into riding a stick jabs through one of the tires. To me I was thinking I thought gncc meant tough... Well I plugged the tire and rode the rest of the day until I rolled the rappy. When I got home I emailed itp ( yes I was irritated) and asked them about the tire, they had me take pics and send them. And now they are sending me a new tire no questions asked, that's awesome customer service! ( the third pic shows one cut starting to form).




I just wanted to give itp some praise, especially for a big company not being a bunch of asses and not givin a damn! If anyone has any problems with an itp product as i see now it doesn't hurt to try to get it fixed before being discouraged and saying itp is junk.

+1 ... What aggravates me is they are one of the few American made tires but have some of the worst quality. I would prefer to buy American, but I can get a better tire for less money.

Yeah im starting to agree that their products aren't up too par.. Checked the bike last night and the other rear is flat.. If i could do it over it would have razr's or x-rexs. Any more trouble and it will! Great customer service, But whats that worth if the product wont hold up. I dunno maybe im just irritated. they were only $330. Right??
