Check out GT Thunder, link here.

Their carb works great, and I recently did their clutch mod and it is awesome. I use a Procom CDI box and it works good at raising the rpm limit and advances the timing for more power. I took off the stock airbox and run an UNI pod with a HMF exhaust.

I'm looking for more power, I've asked Precision Motorworx in Pa to come up with a plan for an 11 horsepower engine makeover. Those guys have done great work for me in the past on my Raptor 125 engine so I expect they can handle the Raptor 90 too.

Also, wheel spacers and decent front tires are a must. I am now running 10x5 front wheels with a 19x6-10 DWT Jr XC tires front and 18x6-8 DWT Jr XC tires on the rear, made a big difference in the way the little quad steered.
