PARKING BRAKE SENSOR MALFUNCTION HELP!

Ok.

I removed my parking brake at first by cutting the wires between the white plug and the clutch but later i saw the white plug and released it.

BUTTTTT now my parking brake sensor is permanently on and my engine WILL NOT rev over 2000rpm.

Is this a problem in my ECU since the circuit for the sensor is broken?
Can there be a freak connection happening in my ECU of some fail-safe engaging?

FIXED it was the reverse brake sensor that was disconnected from the circuit
