Default Stock jets HELP!!

I cleaned my carb. and I think I have mixed up my jets when I put them back in. The quad starts and idles okay but has no power in the mid rpm range and has black smoke from the exhaust. It backfires when you let of at high rpms. Let me know if this is my problem or if it is something else. The only other thought I had was if I haven't set my air mixture screw properly. I had done my valve clearance at the sametime but have already double check it and it's currect.

I also had adjusted my float highs they were both a long way off from what they should have been. Which jets go in which carb.? I have three of the same types of jets, I'm assuming two of them are my main jets and the other is the starting jet? The jets are a 90, 140, and 145 I think.

the larger jet is for side that feeds 2 valves. the 90 must be a leak jet of something
