After installing my IShock +2 on the 660 I notice that if I make a hard right turn the rear inside of the rim lightly touches the back of the arm, any suggestions on what to do. My buddy has an adjustable flag where the tie rods bolt to the stem but I cant find one for the 660. By the way it only hits with the stock rims my douglas rims with the smoothies dont touch at all

I had a similar problem with a set of +2 +1 a arms, both sides would rub. It was worse in reverse. It was mainly due to them being +1 fwd and the way they were made.
Anyway it could be just the way the arms are made. Could be that the pitman arm is not totatlly centered when the bars are centered. Could also be caused from a slightly bent tie rod. Frame could be tweaked a little. I think ride height might even come into play on the rubbing problem. Is it a problem when ridding? You will not be at full turn a lot when out ridding. You could try an adjustable pitman arm for a yfz450, it has the same splines but the distance between where the tie rod ends go is closer together and they also mount from the top so you would have to check for any clearance issues and make sure the tie rods would be long enough. Or you could buy a set of front rims with the same offset as your dune tires.
