Please help me on plug reading.

Ok so i decided to read the spark plug on my raptor and here what i ended up with:



Three fucking colors,wtf, i think im lean.

on the first pic it says : "See how here it has that gray/black color with a tiny touch of white(very litle white) "

on the 2nd pic with just a single arrow it says: "here it has that pink color that i hear its suppose to have" and in the 2nd arrow that divides into two it says "here it has white,wtf"
