Bushings vs Needle Bearings on Houser A-arms?

Hi everyone, I am needing some help with my front end. I have been searching online for a couple days and can't find what I need.
I am rebuilding the front end as the bushings were wore out since I had a lot of front to back play on the a-arms.

Houser says I need their needle bearing kit but I don't see how that would fix the front to back play, plus it had bushings in it and they look to me like they are made for a dust cap.

I have some emails out to suppliers and am waiting for a response and I assume they will prefer selling their own product so I would sure appreciate your opinions.

I was just told by Houser that they do use the OEM dust caps and there are thrust washers missing that go inside the dust cap.

Typical style bushings on their way from Boss Bearing, here's hoping they fit! If not I'm about out of ideas... as I don't like the lack of lateral support in Houser's set up.

Those bushings (above post) are correct but the sleeves and arms from Houser are incorrect IMO. The arms are going in the scrap heap because you can't get bushings that do any good front to back.
$100 for yamaha sleeves, $12 for bushings and $300 for the arms while the only solution from Houser is a needle bearing kit worth $200 and a failure to convince me that it would solve my problems, the Alba set are in the mail and come with bushings

I should mention that both arm sets use factory dutcaps which I now call thrust covers, but the Alba set works with factory greaseables.
I guess the solution is to stack washers and lean on the wrench... no thanks; it doesn't seem to work anyway.
I hope this thread helps at least one person. I say get something that is built to factory specs to save a real headache.
