    Cheap Uppper Ball Joint Replacement

I figured I would post this info since I couldnt find it anywhere else. I have an 06 raptor 700 and needed new upper ball joints. I was going to modify the stock arms to accept a new ball joint or buy aftermarket arms. That is until I found the best solution of all.

2015 Raptor 700 upper arms have replaceable ball joints and fit all the older years to 06. The arms come with new ball joints already in them too.

You need to order the brake line holders too because the arms are round.

2LS-F3540-00-00 FRONT UPPER ARM CO (Yamaha Motor) $47.22

2LS-F3550-00-00 FRONT UPPER ARM CO (Yamaha Motor) $47.22

2LS-F5875-00-00 HOLDER, BRAKE HOSE (Yamaha Motor) $2.68

2LS-F5876-00-00 HOLDER, BRAKE HOSE (Yamaha Motor) $2.68

I reused all the hardware and bushings from my old arms.

hey good find !... did you try it out ? im curious to see if they're the same length as the previous 06 style ones and if it will alter the camber of the front wheel ?
does the new 2015 ball joint fit right in the 06 steering knuckle?

sound like you found a good cheap fix instead of replacing 200+ $$ 06 upper arm

All the dimensions seemed to be exactly the same, everything fit perfect. I havent went for a long ride yet, just around the house but it does work. I even reused my uhmw bushings, pins and seals.
