804 Throttle Body Issues

I just picked up a fresh built 804 Raptor from a buddy of mine because he needed the money. The bike is a Rocket Factory kit and was put together 2 years ago and never ran. The bike has a billett 54mm throttle body.

The bike wouldnt start when I got it home so I pulled the pump, flushed the tank and cleaned the injector. Bike still wouldnt start so I put a tank, fuel line, fuel rail, injector and throttle body from a stock bike and the 804 ran fine. Then we started to change parts back starting with the tank and fuel line, fuel rail, injector and throttle position sensor, bike still ran fine.

We found that the throttle position sensor was out of position on the 54mm throttle body. When we put all the parts back on the 804(tank, fuel line, fuel rail, injector, tps, throttle body), the bike still runs like it did from the start.

My question, is anything more needed to get a Rocket Factory 54mm billett throttle body to work. Figured I would post a question here to some guys that know thier Raptor 700's.

Sorry for the long post but I figured it would be better to give all the info off the start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well IDK I installed a stock TB and it runs amazing.... Ill visit this issue in the future
FINALLY figured it out. the motor was recently built and has never made a full rev. like the bike was actually running, so when It was put together the crank position sensor code was blinking, to make a long story short after riding it a little with the oem throttle body the crank position sensor code went away and after riding it and feeling how good it ran I thought maybe since the code went off I can put the 54 TB on it . Put the 54 on and it ran great little lean backfire, used the PC3 fine tune on the richest setting and, man it ran great!!!. thanks to the modded raptor forum for all the help, the high desert dyno guys, john @ RE and RaptorTrent and zeromill for all the advice and help!!!

GREAT to hear Austin!!!

Now are you gonna bring it to Snake Hunt?
I dont know if it will make it to snakehunt, Im tearing it down sunday to send the frame off to stellar and the motor parts to get some polishing. Ill probably have the 4 mill cub 450r and the RZR. Should be a great time.
I have the same issue with a 2015. New tps calibration set to .67 (between .65/.73. New air sensor, ecm, power commander 5. Big bore stroker kit. Idles once warm or i rev the engine one time dies and wont restart. Cleaned tank and injector. New plug. Still same issue.
