I was always skeptical of the quality of these levers for the price but man they are nice. I guess they better be for what they cost. Steve at TQS ran a deal a while back so I got a set. The casting of the levers are super smooth and everything else is precision machined. At first I was afraid I was not going to like the shorties but after a ride I really like them. The dust covers are a nice touch too. The clutch adjuster is pretty slick also. I would recommend them if you are looking for replacements. :thumb:

When you say not pro pack, what did you get less then what I have show? Isn't it just a dust cover and rotor clamp?

Glad you like them. I have a set of C5 Pro Shorties on order (red, of course). I've never used shorties before, so I'm hoping I like them, especially at the C5 prices.
You really will, I had my doubts when I was putting them on but the first time you take a ride with them you will know what I mean.. :thumb:

Also 'Wreckless' what brand of grips are those that you have mounted on your Fasst Flexx Bars... I just love the look of them! It also looks like you have some sort of trim rings ahead as well as behind the grips, where'd you get them?
Those are ODI Rogue lock on grips. They really are pretty cool.. I can take them off and put them on in a matter of seconds with an allen wrench.

Yea, be carefull is you get the Thug Plus and flex bars. I actually had to drill out my bars to make the plugs fit. I really did not want to drill on $300 bars..

How do you like those Oury grips..Tried anything else?
I ran them years back and then went to Renthal, not sure why I changed. I had problems with a set of Renthal bars, they broke! So I will not buy Renthal again. I tried these again and they really are cool. They feel great also. I cant see myself ever running anything else again. :beerchug:

They look great but I don't like the idea of removing the parking brake! IMHO...:eyebrow:
You can always relocate the parking brake lever to somewhere else. I know I have seen it done, let me see if I can find it..

So what is ao great about the levers? What is the advantage?Other than they are BAD ASS looking?
I asked the same thing before I got mine. I guess my answer is, they just feel right. Alot of times I was bending the stock levers to make them where I want them and I never got it right. Then I put these on and they really felt right. I always hated those dumbo OEM levers, these solved both problems.. :thumb:
