i noticed it was loose before i rode it last weekend. i tightened it up and i didnt think about checking it again til just now. its loose again. its the nut that holds the hub onto the axle with the codder pin and its the one on the left. anything i can do to fix this?

Maybe blue loctite? The torque for the rear hub nuts is 145ft-lbs.

i didnt use a torque wrench, i just used an adjustable wrench. guess ill torque it in the morning.

dude so many bolts on my raptor have came loose and fell of it pisses me off and the thing is i dont even rev it high to make it vibrate that much one of the few things im startin to hate the raptor for

Remove the castle nuts and clean the threads with a wire brush and apply a rust inhibiting lubricant
Ensure both hubs are installed correctly, flush to physical stop on the axle, Install, Tighten then torque both castle nuts to 145 ft-lbs (according to my service manual)
Install cotter pins
***If either cotter pin can't be inserted, tighten the castle nut further until a hole is aligned and the cotter pin can be inserted.
