I bought this little number from my local Honda stealership for 350$ US. The fit is great, with many mounting options. Helmet mounted, or bike mounted. It takes up to 2 gb memory (not included) and battery time is around 4 hrs riding time. Once it cools down here I'll take some vids and post them.:thumb:

I have the same camera... I love it. I have it mounted to my helmet... the only problem ive encountered is wind noise in the mic. I haven't found a place for the mic where i wont get that...

other than that its an awesome camera.
