Need help installing hid bulbs

I just got my hid light kit. What holds the h6m bulb in place? I was thinking about using part of the old socket or silicon it in place.

I think most people gut their old sockets to work with the new bulb. I think its time for someone to do an in-depth write up on how to do it.

Thats what I did...

I clipped the wires that connected to the old bulb and used the spring and the silver bucket that locks them into the headlight. I just fed the HID bulb wire through the rubber boot and attached them

Thanks guys. Kinda thinking that. They put so much shrink tubing it is going to be difficult. I would do a write up but my camera took a crap. Ill see if I can find one.:thumb:
