The kill switch was acting up, if you didn't position it in just the right place the quad wouldn't crank. So I disassembled the kill switch and cleaned the contacts as well as the whole inside of the switch assembly. The switch now works great! Ten points for the home team!!!!

Thanks man. If any of you guys are having the same problem as I was having with your Killswitch, open it up and clean these contacts. It's easy as hell. Don't just cop out and buy a whole new Killswitch Assembly, these things are expensive!

Picked up a brand new CBR600 tail light for a steal. I will have to make a mount for it as I don't have the OEM tail light mount. Check it out, I think it will look great! Click the second image for the video.

It looks awesome so far! I'm building a 660 right now, but haven't gotten anything picture worthy yet. Hope mine ends up looking as good as yours does so far!

Absolutely man, it's a lot of work, but for me, it's always worth it in the end!

Looks great! I have decided I am getting another 660 just to redo. I am currently on my search for something that's not beat to death! Are those Ebay shocks?

I'm curious to your painting process. Everything of yours turned out so perfect, I and I'm sure some of the others wouldn't mind seeing or reading a detailed explanation. Powder coating and things of the sort are so expensive for consumers

Thanks for the kind words! You are correct, powder coating is wicked expensive these days, especially if you are not doing it in bulk. BUT it does hold up better than rattle can. If there's more interest from you guys on this, I could possibly do a video and/or a post about this. Although, it would take some time for me to get organized for it.

Honestly though, I've been painting a long time, especially with spray cans and I've messed up my fair share of times and still do occasionally. It comes right down to following paint manufacturer's directions and practice, practice, practice.....as they say.

Let me know if any more of you guys would like to see something like this and I might break it down for you.

**Side Note: I am very OCD when it comes to how things look. **
