Raptor 700 Issue need help guys
Sorry long winded.
Ok so I have a brand new build top to bottom on an 07. Everything was good for first 20 hours. Recently the bike started to hesitate a bit at lower rpms. Now on a cold start it will idle a bit low and if I blip the throttle it'll idle at 1800rpm perfectly. It will ride normal until I hit about 150 degree water temp Then it will start missing, back firing through exhaust, and die.
So far I have replaced the tps and calibrated it, cleaned throttle body, checked all plugs front to back, and unhooked the pc5 just to make sure that wasn't the issue. Also the harness was recently changed by the guy I bought it from before I got it. It isn't a 13' harness but it's suppose to have been replaced.
Mods are hc3 cam, 105.5 12.5:1 piston, +5 stroker, fci, dual barker, and pc5. Was dyno tuned right after motor was done.
Only thing I can think of is either speed sensor, map sensor, or wire harness. I don't want to just keep parts changing so I'm reaching out to see what you guys have to say.
