Im posting this but I highly doubt that I will get it back, It was stolen in august of 09 and I just want to keep an eye out for it. Here is a pic of it, It's a 2002 with a 03 front hood and light and a full disk conversion from a warrior. I rebulit the eitire thing basically and it was stolen from my backyard 2 weeks after I was done.
Thanks

Well I found it!!!!!! On craigslist and told 2 police departments and neither one of them has done anything about it. I gave them a full packet of info with alot of pictures and a list of everything I did to it. On the ad all the stickers are still in the same spots and the wheels and tires are the same also. Im thinking about going over there and just taking it back because its been over a week and there isn't even a detective assigned to my case in either department.

I'd go over there pretending to buy (take another person) let them stay in the drivers seat of the vehicle and tell the person selling your quad you want to test ride it and then as you test ride you and vehicle leave rather fast. Try to load it up somewhere or maybe go to the police station while riding it with all your info. that its yours. Anyway hope you get it back. Good luck

Yepp pretty sure me and my brothers are gonna go over there nice and calm and ask this guy if he knows that this is a stolen quad, and if he says no I will inform him lol. Then I will ride it onto my trailer and be on my way lol.

Or we will beat him with bats hahahaah

Either way I will get my blasty back

I ended up getting it back, BUT I had to pay for the storage fees for it. Long story short, It was picked up the day after it was stolen and it was at a towing company ever since. I didnt have the Vin so I was never notified that they had it. (complete bs) Towing company sold it to the guy that had it on CL. That guy ended up taking the quad back once the cops approached him and the towing company gave him his $ back. I got the release forms and went to pick it up and it ended up costing me a grand to get it back bc of the damn storage fees. Im pissed but I called everyone my family knows (cops state cops police chief) and I get no help. Lesson learned Get all the vins written down and have them on file if something ever does get stolen.

I Used norman420 spindles (guy custom makes them off original blasty spindles) and calipers and hubs off a 01 warrior. Any hubs will work off a banshee or warrior as long as they are 1990+ 88 and 87 won't work. You can get the spindles off ebay, norman420 is the guys user name and he will give ya 30 bucks back if you send him your old spindles. YFZ450 calipers work and probably rappy 700 ones will too, these are better b/c of the dual piston caliper.
