This is my kind of truck:

1946 Hudson Big Boy Pickup, sporting red oak side boards and tool box. There was only "approximately 3,100 were produced in 1946, with production ending in 1947."

Also, this pickup is reportedly "unique because the cab is just like the Hudson automobile."
