Got a 08 raptor 350 jetted, pro flow intake, fmf slip on, and running a 12/40 sprocket setup. I only use this quad for trails, so I'm trying to get as much low end speed as possible. I'm thinking of running 23 in front and 18 in back. Possibly with +5 rear wheel spacing. Gimme your thoughts

It matters the terrain you are riding, trails differ alot from place to place. My biggest concern is not buying more then you need weight wise because it steals power. The tougher the tire usually the more it weighs.

If you want the tougest tire this one is a good choice.

ITP Holeshot HD ATV Tire | ATV | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

The trails I usually ride dont really require a 6 or 8 ply tires. I usually save money and weight and go with a 2-4 ply tire like these.

There is some more good info in the thread below

23's up front and 18's in the rear on gonna throw your balance off, I am running 20's front and rear. As for the brand of tires it all depends on what terrain you ride and how much you wanna spend. I am currently running Maxxis razr up front and ITP GNCC"s in the rear and love them, In a few months I will be switching the fronts to ITP quadcross XC's. Heres a pic of the tires
