Unless you are doing a drag only set up don't do anything bigger than the 440 reliability goes out the window. Full system, get rid of the air box ( if where you ride isn't water/muddy) take the choke plate linkage and plate off. Get a #42 pilot jet, and rejet the carb ( stock jets are a 38/148) head work with a cam. It becomes a whole new bike. Just did my brothers last night. Runs 10x better :thumb:
Curtis Sparks Racing used to make a 505EX and a 465EX kit. Not sure if they still do though. Call and ask.
