I live here in the north east so we get snow! So this looked like a cool idea if it works.

its a tjd x-gen system, its pricey and not as fast as a sled, but i thought it was fun as hell

Yeah, Daddyrat runs studded tires, and sometimes the skis. He moves pretty good with them also! I'd rather have a sled though...

 

Yeah I agree a cheap sled priceless!

 

When and only when the rivers have a nice sheet of ice on them and next to zero snow, I have yet to find a sled that can keep up in the twisties to my studded (over 1000 studs) raptor. They slaughter me on the straight streches, but you get some crazy traction on glare ice with new studs.

Tracks look cool. To pricey for my blood. I'd rather not play out side in the winter if I can help it.
